How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, open Settings → Manage subscription and use the "Contact support" option in the billing portal, or reach out through the support channel in the app and we'll process it for you.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again.
Free Trials
ClearNews Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial; cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
